"Decorate, design, and write answers to guided prompts for a personal time capsule that is sealed in the box until 2036.

Participants may also make their own predictions of what libraries might look like in the future."

Earth Day

Drop in activities available all day.

 

AM Activity - Recycled Painted Flower Bouquet

PM Activity - Outdoor Story Circle + Seed Planting

"Participants will join for a story circle, outside on a (hopefully) nice day. The story will be a book about environmentalism and protecting the earth. After the story is read, each participant can plant their own tomato plant to take home."
NOTE: Please dress for the weather

AM Activity - Super Hero Creation Activity!

PM Activity - Zine Making!

​

"Let's have a Zine Jam! Participants will learn how to make a simple, 8 page zine, out of a one piece of paper. After a quick tutorial, participants will have a blank Zine. What should they put in it? Anything they want!"
